Standard delivery charges to Zone 1 from Monday to Friday only:

Earliest delivery date

Your order will be delivered by 1.30pm.  Deliveries can be made on any day that suits you, from Tuesday to Friday.  The earliest delivery date available is usually no more than three working days from the date you place your order, see below:

Receiving your delivery

A signature is required by our carriers and it is your responsibility to ensure that you have left specific instructions and a signed note for the carrier authorising your package to be left somewhere safe if nobody will be in to receive it. Please make sure somebody will be home to sign, receive and store your order in a refrigerator or freezer. You can choose an alternative delivery address when placing your order for someone to accept the delivery on your behalf.

In the event that no person is available to receive your order, the carrier will not ring the contact number on the Order form but will usua;;y leave a card through the letter box as to where the parcel has been left.

As this is a temperature controlled product, we do not accept returns and as such cannot accept responsibility if nobody is at home to accept your order.

Please remember to include any helpful delivery instructions in the space provided on the Order form.

Sara's Food make very effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays or increased timescales may occur during the busy season.

Sara's Food can estimate a date for delivery of goods, but customers shall understand that it is an estimate. Sara's Food shall not be liable for any loss caused to the customer as a result of failure to deliver by the estimated delivery date or such other date or time as may be subsequently agreed.

Customers must inform Sara's Food if there are any specific instructions with regards to delivery, for example if the delivery address may be difficult for the driver to find. Sara's Food shall not be liable for any loss caused to the customer as a result of failure to provide such instructions.

Customers have the opportunity to inform Sara's Food if they would like the goods to be left with a neighbour or in a garden shed, etc. If customers request for goods to be left unsigned for, it is vital that they leave a signed note/message on the outside of the property which the driver can take for our records.

Pick Up Service

We also provide a FREE local pick up service from our shipping depot based in Blackburn. Simply place your order Online and it will be prepared and ready on the next working day. Collections can be made anytime between 1pm and 5pm, Monday to Saturday from: KQF Shop, Pasture House, George St West, Blackburn, BB2 1PQ . Telephone 01254 51179.
